The hallway noise can be quite disruptive!!! Reception staff need better training on basic inquiries, especially regarding charges!!! It's unsettling when the checkout process isn't clear and involves multiple staff confirmations!!!

The location is fantastic.
A Nespresso machine with a minimal amount of coffee was supplied at the beginning of our nine day stay. There wasn't any tea nor was there a kettle. Once the coffee was consumed it was ridiculously expensive if you wanted more. There was no fan in the bathroom so condensation was a problem.
